Mayr looks 7' 1" or 2" if Kosen is 8' 1.6" standing

The caption on the first video, "Biggest shoe size ever worn", is questionable. There have been people exhibited who were not giants, but had grossly enlarged feet. There was a black woman whose name I forget, whose feet were probably bigger than those of any giant, and I think she had footwear specially made to fit her. Custom made shoe might well not be given a size, I suppose.

I was thinking of Fanny Mills, who was not in fact black.

As is so often the case, somebody (here the person who captioned the video) has got it wrong. When you watch the video, it doesn't say anything about biggest shoes EVER. It says only that these are the biggest shoes TODAY.

I believe Fanny Mills was featured in Max Rusid's Sideshow. There was a black woman with enormous feet, but her name escapes me at the moment. Also I think there was a woman called Sylvia who had enormous feet. All of these women were of normal height. Ella Ewing took size 24s.

I think the biggest shoes today are those ones worn by Mandy Sellars, although she recently got one of her legs amputated

Sylvia Porter was black and had enormous feet. Perhaps that is who you were thinking of?
