Compared to the shortest Bartender of 4'11'', 6'4'' looks accurate.

I do still believe that the tall bartender is Montana Hank who we have at 7 feet 0.5 inches tall. he might have been slightly shorter than that but I don't believe the short bartender is only 4 feet 11 inches. Both heights printed on the postcard are a bit off. Hank's height more so than Terry's. Drop Hank's height by 8 inches and raise Terry's height by 4 inches and it would be a lot closer to the truth.

no GTOSMONT it is impossible that he be Montana Hank because Montana Hank was a lot shorter than 220 cm and of coure he was not that huge
