btw, what's up with the thick healed right shoe Ajaz is wearing? And why do we see so many pics of him sitting in a mall or public on a high chair and posing with random people for pics? Don't tell me he is a beggar making money of his height

People can have their picture taken with him for a small amount of money. A way of making a living I suppose. In most pictures he looks very bored.

Just scroll down the page for the article. It says that Radhouane Charbib was only 1.71 m at 15 but he started to grow abnormal ever since. He reached 2 meters by 17, and not suprisingly such abnormal growth was caused by acromegalic gigantism.

I've found a whole bunch of Chinese vids on Zhang Juncai (that aren't available at this site). The above vid shows Zhang Juncai along side with Bao Xishun and he clearly dwarfds Bao and he was measured in it at 242 cm (but he has bad spinal curvature going on so if if he standing straight he might beat Sultan Kosen!)

Some nice videos on that site. Just saw one of Jim Tarver which I haven't seen before.
Now, if only I knew how to download those videos. I don't think that website supports downloads.

btw. I have split this topic from the original topic in the Site information and announcements and moved it to this forum to keep the forum clean and tidy and all the discussions together in one forum. I also wanted to test if I knew how to do that, and the answer to that is yes, I do!

I understand what they are talking about. They were talking about the love life of Zhang and his wife, how they got to know each other, and Zhang had surgery done on his pituitary in 2000 btw. That was done to stop his uncontrollable growth (at the time he was already 30 and still growing). He's a pituitary giant I suppose and not eunchondial.
